Our Single Turbine solution

The Single Turbine System is a patented system which can be ” dropped ” almost anywhere.

The Single Turbine design allows the turbines to be used places where it´s not possible to have a large platform structure. The system is reducing the environmental impact in every aspect. The Single Turbine also reduces the total costs of cabling, steel, installations and maintenance, due to it´s unique inovation.

Maximising production

With Single turbines, we will be able to maximise the production by being able to using hotspots around the world, not suitable for large platforms, that can be targeted in conflicts or by terrorists. Reducing cost

In addition to producing more energy per instillation than wind farms, tidal-wave systems and other systems, our amount of output is hundred fold all the other systems, in other words our solution is increasing returns on capital for investors.

Our main drivers towards low cost are:
1. Cables: The inter-array cabling of a Tesla Ocean Turbine is reduced by approximately one third as more turbines can be located within a smaller area. 2. Foundation: The single turbine foundation can be scaled in a very cost effective way, it also gives the freedom of placement. But still requires correspondingly lower amount of steel on a per MW basis. 3. Installation: By having our Single Turbine without a platform, costs are reduced through fewer wet tows and mooring installations. Our Single Turbine system can also be assembly onshore and at quayside, including turbine installation for a fully commissioned system to be wet towed to the offshore site.

The Single Turbine design offers sufficient stability to make use of standard commercial offshore underwater turbines.
